We’re dusting off our crystal balls to share our predictions for the industry in 2025. During our time together, we heard a lot about cultural shifts — internally at our own companies or those of our clients, in cultural readiness for creativity across the board, and in how clients are showing up to the table in the new year. We also dug into some emerging implications of AI, including how we can ensure ethical use and how it’s empowering consumers digitally and in the physical world.
